Dale’s Hot sauce IS BACK AND NOW IT COMES IN BOTTLES WHICH WAS YOUR IDEA SO THANK YOU!

SUNDAY SAUCE

The newest sauce in the Dale’s line up. Made with green heirloom tomatoes, green ghost peppers and pickling spice so it’s a little like a spicy relish—perfect for burgers, brats and other things you eat on Sundays. Slap some Sunday Sauce on there and have yourself a Sunday.

Note: Does not have to be consumed on Sundays.

WEST COAST GHOST

The signature sauce. Dale’s Hot Sauce was created when I grew a ghost pepper plant and, after eating a raw one and instantly regretting it, I didn’t know what to do with it. So, like any great chef would do, I threw it in a pot with some maple syrup and bourbon, and Dale’s West Coast Ghost was born. After years of careful refinement, there is still no exact recipe.

This sauce has many layers. The maple syrup provides some sweetness and balance to the spice. Followed closely by the smokiness of the bourbon, and finally the long slow heat from the ghost peppers. Goes great with egg sandos and pulled pork.

SWEET HEAT

We could all use some more fruit in our life. That’s why I decided to throw in a whole bunch of fresh mangos and pineapples in a pot with some Habañeros. This sauce also includes the Habanada pepper, which is the same flavor as a Habañero without any spice. First it’s sweet, then it’s sweet, then it’s heat! Tastes great on tacos, pizza, pastas … just about anything really.

GOLDENBOY

This sauce was created with Golden Ghost and Scotch Bonnet peppers, as well as some home-fermented sweet peppers and organic peaches for a tangy sweet taste. The price of gold is outrageous this year so I couldn’t add as much as I wanted. Still delicious though.

Goes great with everything.
